Each customized Gallery wrap canvas begins with an Giclée print, with a guarantee of more than 100 years of colorfastness. The printing is made of multi-cotton mixed matte white canvas of artist-grade level. We then make a 1.25-inch thick wood fiberboard frame, which is hand-mounted by experienced framers to ensure that each folded corner is completely smooth and firm. The four edges of the canvas printing are wrapped with mirror images, and the surface has a anti-ultraviolet coating of scratch-resistant , which can be wiped clean with a wet cloth. The backs of the 4 corners have scratch-resistant mats on the wall, and are equipped with hooks that can be hung on the wall immediately.

Our excellent Framed canvas is 1.25 inches thick. Three types of frames are available: black, white, and walnut. After putting on a picture frame, it will bring a completely different look to your canvas printing. The frame is made of recycled plastic, which is durable, light and environmental-friendly. The backs of the 4 corners have scratch-resistant mats on the wall, and are equipped with hooks that can be hung on the wall immediately.Sizes listed are for the canvases themselves. Frame thickness and gap add approximately 3/4 inch on all sides (3/8 inch for gap between the canvas and the frame, and 3/8 inch for the frame itself).

Order Cancellations and Address Changes
Please note that it’s not possible to cancel, or change orders, nor update addresses once the orders are in production.
If the address is filled in incorrectly, the goods will be returned to the manufacturer, and the goods will be delivered again after changing the correct address. The transportation cost of the re delivery is borne by the customer.(The return of goods service is only applicable to us customers)
Lost in Transit
If the goods are lost in transit, contact us and we will remanufacture and deliver for you free.
Packages are considered lost in transit when the products in the order do not arrive at the shipping address provided within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes. A package is considered lost in transit if the shipping timeframe exceeds the maximum shipping/transit timeframe.

How will my art be packaged?
Framed canvas wraps, canvas wraps and framed prints are packaged with transparent plastic bags to prevent dust. There are styrofoam protection corners around, packed in cardboard box.
Professional prints and hanging canvas prints are packaged in paper rollers, so the paper will not be creased when delivered.

No reason for refund
The products we sell are printed on demand, which are customized products. No refund without reason is accepted, but we are happy to help if there is any problem with the goods

While we want every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen from time to time.We can provide reprint or refund for your order.
When uhdcanvas doesn’t cover the Reprint/Refund cost:
1. The product does not have the flaw the situation, but does not like our product
2. When filling in the wrong order information, such as delivery address, product style, product size, etc
Exchange Policy
uhdcanvas does not offer exchanges for products that are ordered. We do not have an inventory of products and due to the one-off and highly personalized nature of print on demand, we do not maintain stock to exchange items.
